🔸 Product Returns

You can return an ordered product within 14 days after receiving it.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging and in resalable condition.

Please contact us in advance by email at biomacunbg@gmail.com to confirm the return.
🔸 Products that cannot be returned:

Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery

Food, dietary supplements, cosmetics, and herbal products whose contents have been compromised

Products purchased during promotional campaigns or with significant discounts
🔸 Refund process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed in the same way the payment was made – within 5–7 business days.
🔸 Damaged or incorrect products:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours after receipt, attaching photos of the product and packaging. We will send you a new product or issue a refund.
