Delivery in Bulgaria

🚚 Fast delivery with Econt within 24 hours after order confirmation within Bulgaria!

  • All available products are shipped within one business day.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM are processed the next business day.

  • Cash on delivery (COD) is available for all orders within the country.

  • You will receive an SMS or email notification with shipment information as soon as it is sent.

International Delivery (International Orders Policy)

At BioMacunBG we do our best to ensure all international orders are shipped promptly and with a valid tracking number.
By placing an international order, you agree to the following terms:

1. Delivery Responsibility

Once the order is shipped from Bulgaria and handed over to the international courier or postal service, the responsibility of BioMacunBG for the shipment ends. Delays, unsuccessful delivery attempts, customs issues, or lost shipments outside Bulgaria are not the responsibility of BioMacunBG.

2. Tracking Information

The customer receives a tracking number by email when the order is shipped.
It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the shipment and ensure its receipt upon delivery.

3. Unsuccessful Deliveries

If the courier attempts delivery and the customer is unavailable, or if the shipment is held at a local post office/branch and not collected in time, the shipment is returned to Bulgaria.
In such cases:

  • The customer covers the costs of reshipping.

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable.

4. Customs & Import Duties

All customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country are entirely the customer's responsibility.
BioMacunBG has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

5. Refunds for Returned Orders

If the shipment is returned to us due to:

  • incorrect address,

  • unclaimed shipment,

  • refusal to pay customs fees,

a refund will be issued minus shipping costs.
If you want the order reshipped, the costs of the new delivery are borne by the customer.

6. Delivery Times

International delivery times vary depending on the destination country and local postal services.
BioMacunBG cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.
